About the project
Because of my deep love for everything related to gears, mechanisms, marionettes, etc, the steampunk pack of cards was one of the first projects I ever made.
The diamond contains four metal plates connected to each other by a gear, the club is inscribed in the circle as the background of a mechanical clock. In the heart, the arteries are replaced by flow tubes, and last but not least, the spade has been given the second arm in the form of a rotating mechanism
Process
Entire project was made back in the very hobbyist days, with a tablet that had no pressure function, which made it draw a bit like in Paint:). Nevertheless I like to return to this project, hoping that some day I will create characters to fill the collection - queen, jack, king and jokers.

Later on, I was creating a pack of cards with many architectural monuments, but that's another story. You can always see the results here :)
