About this project
The micro polling project is about measuring engagement and drop off reasons of the patient using PhysiApp – an app helping with their recovery and rehabilitation.
It’s a comprehensive end-to-end project combining micro polling in patient experience, push notifications for engagement, and simple dashboard for healthcare provider.
Whole project was built with collaboration of me, as a Product Designer, key stakeholders and development team. Starting with Lovable LLM prototype and Claude design for discovery, through figma designs up to polished implementation.
