About the project
Mrs. Martyna is an amazing specialist of hearing and your ears health. She’s running one of the most popular service for hearing-impaired people in Warsaw, called Amilaut.
We started our collaboration in early 2021, that lasted more than 2 years. And that was a project I still keep special place for.
Process
The scope for the project was full-stack service for the website, building the webshop and running GA4 analysis and campaigns.

What have I worked on?
Firstly, refreshing the UX and UI from outdated interface to modern facility.
Secondly, we expanded the website with advanced offer and pricing list to reach more people, focusing on SEO in the specific area. Set up Google Analytics and Hotjar for better user understanding.
Later on we added the webshop that bumped SEO to be #1 for over 10 phrases in Google results. Building a webshop also helped providing full range of services, leaving customers more happy with the offer.
Everything was designed and implemented by me using Figma, WordPress, custom Javascript, HTML and CSS.
Before
Before the website was very much repetitive with the walls of text for better SEO, but wasn’t really usable for the actual customer.
After
I enriched the website with topic-related images in the shape of the ear and meaningful infographics. Also adding more headers and sections for hierarchy and easier scanning.
Added search bar for easier navigation keeping in mind target group like older people or people with impaired senses.
Refreshed visual identity
Not only I was providing UX/UI services, but also refreshing visual identity, like basic colors and components on the website, but also graphic design for marketing materials like website banners, campaign graphics, and social media posts.
Results
Amilaut webshop reached from 940 to 3100 visitors a month during our collaboration, tripled the offer visits and allowing Martyna to expand the team with 3 new specialists.
Amilaut was a great healtcare project I loved to be part of, seeing more people getting the help they needed.
